We’re flexible and can meet with clients at any time, day or night, by appointment.
Do I need my own lock?
Yes, we recommend bringing your own lock to secure your unit. This ensures you’re the only one with access to your belongings. We also sell high-quality locks at our office if needed.
How do I pay my rent?
Rent is due on the first of each month. We accept personal checks, corporate checks, and automatic bank payments.
Do you require insurance?
While we maintain a secure facility, we recommend having insurance coverage for your stored items. Your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance may cover items in storage, but please check with your provider.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we offer month-to-month rentals. This flexibility allows you to store your belongings for as long as you need without a long-term commitment.
What do I need to rent a unit?
To rent a unit, you’ll need to provide a valid government-issued ID, pay first month’s rent plus a security deposit equal to one month’s rent (refundable at lease end), and sign our standard rental agreement.
Can I reserve a unit online?

Do you offer any discounts?
Military & Veterans Discount
Active duty service members and veterans qualify for special rates with valid military ID.

All discounts require verification at time of rental. One discount per rental – cannot be combined with other offers.

How does unit access work?
Our facility is fenced but provides 24/7 access.
Can someone else access my unit?
Only individuals listed on your rental agreement can access your unit. If you need to authorize someone else, please contact our office to add them to your agreement.
Is the facility well-lit at night?
Yes, our facility features overhead motion lighting throughout the property for safe nighttime access.
Storage Tips & Information
What items are not allowed in storage?
Prohibited items include hazardous materials, flammable liquids, perishables, living things, and illegal items. Please ask our staff if you’re unsure about specific items.
Do you have climate-controlled units?
No, we do not have any climate-controlled units available at this time.
Do you sell packing supplies?
No, we do not – but we are conveniently located near Target, the UPS Store and Reagent Express Center.
